Confirm PO Error : The source document lines cannot be finalized until the status is Confirmed

SOLUTION : 
Open AOT > Table > BudgetSourceTracking 

In Table BudgetSourceTracking find this PO Number => change the status from Draft to Confirmed

and try to Confirm your PO
